Welcome to Minimal! Let's get started with your new phone, designed to keep things simple and efficient.

‍1. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the right side of your phone for 3 seconds until the screen lights up.

2. Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, and enter your credentials.

3. Install SIM Card:

- Insert the SIM tool into the hole on the SIM tray to eject it.
- Place the SIM card into the tray and slide it back into the phone.

4. Charging Your Phone: Connect the USB cable to your phone and plug the other end into a power adapter or USB port. Charging status will be displayed on the screen.

5. Making Calls: To make a call, tap the Phone icon, enter the phone number, and press the call button.

6. Sending Text Messages: Tap the Messages icon, select 'New Message', enter the contact name or phone number, type your message, and tap 'Send'.

7. Accessing the Internet: Tap the Chrome browser icon on your home screen to start browsing the web. You can also download your choice of browser by tapping the Play Store icon and searching for other browsers.

8. Installing Apps: Access the Play Store using your Google account to browse and install apps.

9. Navigating Your Phone:

- Back Button: Press the left button (one dot) to go back.
- Home Button: Press the middle button (Minimal logo) to return to the home screen.
- Recent Apps: Press the right button (one dot) to view recent apps.

10. Eink Button Control:

- Refresh the Eink Display: Press the Eink button between the volume up and down buttons to clear any ghosting.

- Eink Control Menu: Press and hold the Eink button for 1 second to adjust the front light of the Eink display, change the refresh mode, control the keyboard backlight, and set the temperature of the front light.

11. Customizing Your Phone: Go to Settings to adjust your phone's settings like brightness, volume, and notifications. The Minimal Launcher will be available to download in the month of February 2025. In the meantime, for a Minimalist experience, we recommend downloading the Olauncher from the Play Store.
